My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though not as clean as expected, were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly upon our arrival for check-in. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs and close to Hershey World, but the small size made it uncomfortable in close quarters. The room initially smelled horrible like mildew but was eventually cleaned and smelled fresh. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to decorate for our cheerleaders, fixing issues promptly. The dining experience was disorganized and could use more homemade options. Overall, the facilities were decent, although crowded during peak times.

However, the room was large and very accommodating once inside. The service was very pleasant, with a friendly and genuine concern for our enjoyment during our stay. The location was great for our needs, being close to Hershey park, restaurants, and a Target. Overall, the facilities were decent, offering what we needed for a comfortable stay.
